I hope this upload works. Here is the essential demo by Marcos and Ruta of the choreography taught on August 2.

One is an older compression .mpg file (26 MB) while the other is a newer .mp4 file ( but I changed the extension to .mpg so this upload utility will take it - 5 MB). Download the smaller one and try to run it, if not download the bigger one.

We are still editing the entire film of the practice for "smaller files" of essential parts.
