Chicago Step DVD: How to Place Order from Outside the United States

To whom it may concern,
hello I am trying to purchase chicago style step I (dvd) but are unable to process all the way through, due to the fact that the standard shipping is not available evidently where I live, which is in Sweden. I have given my visa card number but cannot finish the process , so I would like to order a copy of this dvd from you and if you can contact me somehow, so I know how to this.

You will see a set of radio buttons:
Shipping Destination: USA Canada Outside US and CA
Select "Outside US and CA" and then click on "Update Cart" button.
You should then see the following just above the "Purchase" button:
"Your selected shipping destination currently stored is: Outside USA and CAN."
Click on the "Purchase" button and proceed as normal. Product will be shipped to you via standard international mail once order is received.
